Integrated Verticals
Kuro · Kylix · Knox
Three Verticals. One Ecosystem.
Through three complementary businesses, Vespera controls a vertically integrated energy-to-compute stack that few can replicate.
01 INFRASTRUCTURE
Kuro Infrastructure
Kuro Infrastructure designs and operates modular, DLC-cooled datacentres designed to support GPU’s, ASIC’s and cloud storage workloads.
02 ENERGY
Kylix Energy
Kylix Energy develops energy generation and storage assets across gas, solar, wind and BESS, purpose-built to power datacentres either off-grid or as backup to existing grid connections.
03 COMPUTE
Knox Compute
Knox Compute owns and deploys GPUs and ASICs, monetising compute power both externally and across the group, while continuously upgrading to the latest hardware to ensure long-term efficiency and relevance.
The Vespera Advantage
Most investors back one part of the stack. Vespera owns all three.
This is by design. By owning infrastructure, energy and compute, Vespera is entirely self-sufficient and not reliant on energy grids, third-party power providers or external compute suppliers. The group can build, power and run its own datacentres entirely independently.
